FEE STRUCTURE

CDODC is run entirely by volunteers, and it is for this reason we are able to keep our training fees so low.

The cost for one handler and one dog to join CDODC is $67.50 for the first year, and $47.50 each subsequent year (for continued membership).

Membership Period:  Membership is current from 1st April to 31st March of the following year.  Memberships CANNOT be transferred or monies refunded.

The membership fee consists of:

• $20.00 joining fee
• $20.00 membership fee (per person, per year)
• $20.00 training fee (per dog, per year)
• $7.50 insurance levy for non-VCA members (Please note: proof of VCA  membership must be provided to avoid this levy).

To add a family member to your membership costs a mere $27.50 ($20 for VCA members), but it is essential that all family members who intend to handle the dog at CDODC are members for insurance purposes. 

MEMBERSHIP

Your membership covers all aspects of training at CDODC, from Preschool and Puppy Classes to Basic Obedience, and then on to further Obedience and Dog Sport Classes (Agility, Flyball, Freestyle and Rally-O).

To join CDODC you will need to call in at our office in the Clubhouse at Silcock Reserve on Sunday mornings between 9.15am and 10.30am. 

When you come down to enrol you will need to bring your dog's current Vaccination Certificate and either cash or cheque.  We are unable to accept credit card or EFTPOS payments. Please tell the office staff of any prior training you and your dog have done so that they can allocate you to the most appropriate class for you.  (There may be a wait if you require a specific timeslot.)

Please note that there is no training on public holiday weekends or during December and January.
